By accessing, browsing, or using Group Watcher, creating an account, or installing our browser extension, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity.

2. Description of the Service

Group Watcher provides a SaaS lead discovery platform that assists businesses, agencies, and consultants in monitoring high-intent commercial keywords across public Facebook groups, scoring post relevance with AI, drafting outreach responses, and viewing analytics through a unified dashboard.

3. Acceptable Use & User Conduct

You agree not to use Group Watcher to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Send unsolicited mass spam, abusive communications, harassment, or defamatory content to Facebook users.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or compromise the security and stability of our platform or database.
• Resell, sublicense, or rent access to the platform to unauthorized third parties without explicit enterprise permission.

4. Browser Extension & Social Media Platforms

Group Watcher is an independent software tool and is not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Facebook. Users are responsible for ensuring their usage of our browser extension and outreach activities aligns with relevant platform terms and community guidelines.

5. Subscriptions, Fees & Billing

• Trial Period: We offer a 14-day trial for new accounts to evaluate the platform.
• Billing Cycles: Paid plans (Solo, Studio, Atelier) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selection.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your billing portal. Access remains active through the remainder of your prepaid period.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, logos, trademarks, and user interface designs are the exclusive intellectual property of Group Watcher. You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over your workspace keywords, scraped lead datasets, and customized outreach prompts.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. In no event shall Group Watcher or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
